2. California’s Medical Marijuana Program (MMP) – State law and guidelines per Prop 215, SB420 and Attorney General guidelines.

3. Requirements to legally qualify as “Primary Caregiver” under California MMP.

4. Procedures, application and checklist for becoming a Department of Public Health registered “Primary Caregiver.”

5. Federal vs. State marijuana laws.

6. Other applicable laws

7. Obtaining State guaranteed protection for cultivation, possession, transportation and/or delivery under SB420.
